These Terms (“Agreement”) explain the rules for using the Traider Platform (“Platform”), operated by Alpha Labs Technology LLC (BVI) (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm you understand and accept this Agreement.
In these Terms: “Account” means your registered user profile; “AI Trading System” means our proprietary AI software used to execute digital-asset trades; “Tradable Balance” means funds available for AI trading and VIP qualification; “Network Earnings” means referral commissions; “Bonus Balance” means promotional funds; and “USDC” refers to the USD stablecoin on the ERC-20 network. Headings are only for convenience.
You must be 18+ to use the Platform. The Platform is not offered in the United States, North Korea, or any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions/OFAC restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live.
The Platform is invite-only. You must register using a unique email address and verify it with an OTP. You may maintain only one Account. Keep your login details secure and confidential because all activity under your Account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear duplicated, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
Traider provides AI-assisted trading tools for digital assets. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or guarantees. Digital-asset trading is volatile and you may lose part or all of your funds. Past performance does not predict future results. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
Users are classified into five (5) VIP tiers based on their minimum USDC balance and the number of required direct referrals (Tier-1).

VIP status is evaluated once daily at 00:00 CET. Any upgrade or downgrade becomes effective from the next trading day.
Failure to maintain the required minimum balance or direct referral count will result in an automatic downgrade until the requirements are met again.
Trades may be executed within daily time windows (CET) with a cooldown period between trades. The AI Trading System executes trades and updates your Tradable Balance based on outcomes. Trading pairs and availability may change due to liquidity/market conditions. No fixed or guaranteed profits apply.
The AI Trading System uses automated risk controls designed to manage exposure, but it cannot remove risk. Exceptional volatility, outages, or technical issues can cause losses. We are not responsible for losses caused by trading activity, downtime, or transmission delays beyond our control.
Balances are maintained in USDC on the ERC-20 network. You are provided a deposit address within the Platform. Minimum deposit requirements may apply, and deposits sent in unsupported assets/networks or below minimums may not be credited and may be unrecoverable. We do not charge internal deposit fees, but external gas/network fees may apply.
Your account may show separate balances such as: Tradable Balance (trading/VIP), Network Earnings (referral commissions), and Bonus Balance (promotional funds).
You may transfer funds to other registered users using required recipient identifiers. Transfers are final once confirmed, and you are responsible for entering correct recipient details. We generally do not apply an internal transfer fee.
Withdrawals follow the Platform schedule (CET) and may include deadlines, processing windows, minimum/maximum limits, and a withdrawal fee. When you request a withdrawal, the amount may be deducted immediately from your Tradable Balance. Withdrawals are sent via ERC-20 to your nominated wallet, and delays may occur due to blockchain congestion or third-party wallet/provider issues.
Users may earn commissions from trading profits generated by their referral network up to three (3) levels deep, as follows:

Commissions apply only to profitable trades executed by Users within the network.
All Network Earnings are automatically credited to the User’s Network Earnings Balance.
Users may manually convert Network Earnings into their Tradable Balance by selecting “Activate Network Earnings” in the Recharge tab.
Network Earnings must be activated each time conversion is desired; no automatic transfer occurs.
The active set of trading pairs may be changed at any time based on market sentiment, liquidity, and volume. Pair selection and strategy allocation are proprietary decisions of the Company.
Promotional bonuses may be credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may be non-withdrawable. Profits generated using bonus funds may be credited to your Tradable Balance and may be withdrawable subject to the withdrawal rules. We may change, suspend, or revoke bonuses if misuse is suspected or policies change.
We may request identity verification (KYC) in cases such as suspicious activity, regulatory inquiries, or security reviews. Refusing a verification request may lead to restrictions or suspension, including on withdrawals. The Platform may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Platform lawfully, secure your credentials, and handle your own tax obligations. You must not run multiple accounts, exploit the Platform using automation, engage in fraudulent referral behavior, or attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Platform source code.
All software, algorithms, trademarks, content, and design elements of the Platform belong to the Company. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal participation. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify Platform materials without written permission.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for trading losses, market fluctuations, downtime, data delays, user errors (wrong deposits/withdrawals/transfers), or third-party provider issues. If liability is established, it is limited and may not exceed the total USDC balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its team, and affiliates from claims or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, balances are handled under the withdrawal rules (less applicable fees/deductions). You may close your account by emailing support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in the BVI under applicable arbitration rules. Official notices may be sent via email and treated as received upon successful transmission.
